Shipload sells educational material about dropshipping. Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is a promise of income. Most people who try dropshipping lose money on their first product tests — the lessons say so plainly and repeatedly. Any figures, examples or calculator outputs are illustrative only; your results depend on your product, your ad spend, your suppliers and your market. You are solely responsible for your business decisions, your supplier relationships, your customer service and your compliance with the laws where you sell.
Terms of Service
By using Shipload you agree to these terms. Access is sold as a one-time Basic purchase or a one-time Pro purchase. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never store your card details. Basic and Pro are both one-time payments; there is no subscription to cancel. Pro adds lifetime access to the current Pro material.
Your account is for you alone. Sharing logins, reselling access, scraping the lessons or redistributing the material ends access without refund. We may update or add lessons, tools and prices over time; if we materially change what a paid plan includes, we will say so on the site. Service is provided “as is”, without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum needed to run the site: your email address and display name if you create an account, your plan and purchase records, your lesson progress, and any question or chat message you choose to send. Payment data is processed by Stripe and never reaches our servers. We use analytics to understand which pages and lessons are used; those tools set cookies and record page views and events.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers that make the site work — hosting, database, payments, email and analytics. You can ask us to export or delete your account and data at any time by emailing us; deletion removes your profile, progress, chat messages and questions, though purchase records may be kept where law requires.
License
All lessons, prompts, templates, supplier lists, videos and copy on Shipload are © Shipload and licensed to you personally, non-exclusively and non-transferably, for your own business use. You may use the prompts and templates freely inside your own store and campaigns. You may not republish, resell, teach from, translate or upload the material to another course, membership, marketplace or AI training set without written permission.
Acceptable Use
Community chat, the Q&A form and the AI tools are shared spaces. Keep them useful: no harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, spam, referral-link dumping or impersonation. Do not post other people's private information, and do not share contact details, payment details or off-site links in chat — the filter will block most of it and the rest can end your access. Do not attempt to jailbreak, overload or resell the AI tools, and do not use them to generate deceptive claims, fake reviews or content that breaks Stripe, Shopify or ad-platform policy. We remove content and revoke access when this policy is broken.
Open Source
Shipload is built on open-source software and we are grateful for it. The site runs on React, TanStack Start, Vite and Tailwind CSS, uses Supabase client libraries for accounts, chat and payments records, Zod for validation, and Stripe's JavaScript SDK for checkout. Fonts are Space Grotesk, DM Sans and JetBrains Mono, served under the SIL Open Font License. Each of these projects remains under its own licence, held by its own authors.
